Job Overview

We are working with our client, an accountancy practice in Naas, Co Kildare who have an opportunity for a person with accounts and administration skills to join the company.

This is a busy role and requires a person who can multi-task and deal easily with changing priorities. Fluent English and excellent communication skills will be required as you will be liaising with clients daily.

Although your work will be overseen by the Practice Manager, you will also have to be able to work autonomously.

Duties will include:

  • Reconciliation of clients accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial accounts
  • Some reporting for clients such as cashflow and banking
  • Assisting the Practice Manager with the servicing of client accounts
  • Relevant Revenue returns
  • Liaising with clients
  • Administrative support
