In the Assistant Production Manager job your remit will see you responsible for the performance of the production operations functions as measured by the core metrics of food quality, safety performance & people development.

Some of the main elements of your new job will include
Lead & manage the High Care & Low Care teams
Deliver & Manage Performance KPIs
Area ownership - capacity/volume, Succession planning, process control, housekeeping, flow, stock, Safety
Manage key interfaces with support functions to enable success (technical, maintenance, Finance, planning, logistics,)
Lead the Continuous Improvement activity for the site
People management and development / training and issue resolution
Management & reporting on site's performance to agreed targets
Stock ownership - acceptance, accuracy, feedback to stakeholders and communication with planning
Lead & manage staff to deliver on Core KPIs of quality, safety and customer specifications


You will have 3+ years in a similar type of Production Supervision/Production Manager job and strongly believe in promoting a culture of excellence on-site and within your team.

  • Tracking Budget Expenses & Production Planning
