Our client a Leading Equipment & Tool Hire Company are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in the end to end management of the branch, sales growth, leading & motivating the team, building customer and colleague relationships.

  • As Assistant Branch Manager you will: Exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt and branch standards and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure necessary stock status accuracy and availability to achieve customer satisfaction and achieve and maintain stock levels and availability.
  • Carrying out inspections and testing of equipment before and after each hire to ensure equipment reliable and safe and ensure compliance with all systems, procedures, and processes

As Assistant Branch Manager you need: Previous experience of either construction, hardware or plant hire knowledge
You will be enthusiastic and approachable, with a natural flair for Sales. You will be a confident and outgoing person with strong customer service skills. With the ability to manage, motivate and lead a small team
