FRS Recruitment has partnered with a Leading Provider of Homeware's Gardening and DIY Products to Retail

Area Sales Executive: Working closely with existing Builders Merchants and Grocery Customers to meet and exceed targets. Prepare and execute an annual business plan, reporting, and forecasting results. You will proactively work to identify new customers, new sales channels and target markets, developing and selling promotional programmes. Schedule sales appointments in the showrooms on a daily basis and work closely with the Purchasing team on new product development and implementation within the market. Achieve new listings in all accounts across multiple sales channels, ensuring that credit terms are implemented in line with the business

Skills/Experience Required

  • Proven Track record Sales/ Business Development and Account Management,
  • Past Experience of selling into Builders Provides/ Merchants and or Grocery
  • Product knowledge in Homewares, Hardware and or DIY products
  • Excellent time management and Relationship management skillset: Customer Focus
  • Focus in Sales planning and forecasting
  • Strong IT and Analytical skill set, with a key understanding of commercial sales cycle
