Area controller - Baldonnell
Job Overview
Your role is to collaborate with the area manager to help schedule and service requests.
Tasks & Duties
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails with knowledge and efficiency ensuring the Service Desk is ran smooth & effectively
- Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- Logging calls and allocating them to relevant, local engineers
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
- Data input & updating online portal
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- 1 Year experience in busy customer focused role
- Full valid driving licence & car as location is difficult via public transport
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in a busy call centre beneficial
