Area controller - Baldonnell

Job Overview

Your role is to collaborate with the area manager to help schedule and service requests.

Tasks & Duties

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails with knowledge and efficiency ensuring the Service Desk is ran smooth & effectively
  • Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
  • Logging calls and allocating them to relevant, local engineers
  • Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
  • Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
  • Data input & updating online portal

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • 1 Year experience in busy customer focused role
  • Full valid driving licence & car as location is difficult via public transport
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in a busy call centre beneficial
