Air Import Clerk - Dublin Airport

Job Overview

My client a global supply chain management company at the technological forefront of the industry is looking for a Distribution Clerk to join their strong team of 5 in Dublin.

The successful candidate will Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Air Import department.

Day to day tasks for this job will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry allowing for smooth freight process flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing
  • Track and Trace air import files
  • Interacting with customers in arranging shipments

To be considered for this job you should have a strong attention to detail, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant industry and good knowledge of aviation and air freight processes. You must have strong IT skills (especially Excel), be proactive in your approach to issues and speak and write English fluently.
