Agri Territory Sales - Munster
Job Overview
Our client is a leading Irish animal health organisation with over 20 years' experience in servicing veterinary professions and the farming community. We're now inviting applications for the role of 'Territory Sales Rep' for the Munster region catering to (B2B) Agri Retailers, Coops & Merchants and (B2C) selling direct on farm. This is a full time permanent position with an excellent package on offer; based on experiences.

Location: Territory includes, Co. Cork, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to farmers and agri retailers on product concepts
- Maintain established accounts and ensure ongoing business delivery & growth opportunities are realized
- Achieve all revenue & client retention targets - monthly, quarterly & yearly
- Convert prospects into clients with long-term growth potential
- Liaise regularly with the sales manager and office staff
- Manage all customer requests in a timely & accurate manner
- Use CRM to track and log prospects and existing customers in region
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Agri or related field
- Previous field sales experience in Agri B2B or B2C environment is essential
- Practical experience with Agri Animal health products is required
- Valid driving licence
- Willing and able to engage in frequent local travel
- Outstanding communication skills, assertive and representative
- IT literate (MS Office)
- Self-motivated with a passion for results, proactive and practical
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Currently residing/working in target region
