The client
I am delighted to assist my client, a leading Health Insurance Group, in recruiting for an RANP to join their Urgent Care team in Dublin. My client has been established to develop medical, health and well-being services for customers and is dedicated to continuing professional development and fostering a positive working environment that supports and develops staff, offering excellent opportunities for career progression. Their Urgent Care Centres (UCC) will deliver care to patients requiring treatment of non-life-threatening injury and illness.
Duties
The RANP role will involve providing nurse-led care in minor injuries and illness, in an evidence-based environment focused on quality and safety of care delivery. The RANP will adopt a professional leadership role within the clinical governance structures influencing both clinical and non-clinical processes that impact upon the experience and/or outcomes for patients within the service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold registration with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner division of the NMBI.
- Must be a registered nurse prescriber with NMBI.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in an acute care setting within relevant area of practice.
- Possess a postgraduate qualification in relevant area of practice
- Have a broad base of clinical experience relevant to the advanced field of practice and demonstrated competence in managing a caseload of patients.
- Possess an interest in Integrative Medicine.
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.
