Admissions / Clerical Officer - Laois

Job Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Admissions Officer / Clerical Officer for our client based in Portlaois, Co. Laois.

THE ROLE:

  • Provision of a comprehensive administration service for Registry-based activities e.g. Admissions, Registration,
  • Liaising with other staff members/ consultant
  • Dealing with members of the public at all times
  • Data entry and file management
  • Shift pattern - 3 days on and 4 days off / 4 days on and 3 days off rote.
  • Rooster is given 8 weeks in advance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous administration in a busy environemnt
  • Data entry skills and attention to details
  • Capable of dealing with the members of the public
  • Available to work Monday to Sunday
  • Shift pattern hours can vary from the following (10am - 9pm / 8pm - 8am / 10am - 4pm)
  • Hours a week vary between 30 hours per week to 48 hours per week.
  • IT skills are required.

This is a full time maternity contract with a immediate start
