Job Overview

We have a number of administrative roles available in Tralee area, in Castleisland and in Listowel. The Administrator provide administrative support and reception duties within busy office environments. These positions are all office based with a mixture of contract and full-time positions.

Experience:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Takes direction well

The Role:

  • Provide office support to the Managers and teams.
  • Manage data - including maintaining, correcting, collating, and processing data
  • Maintain accurate up to date records filing systems
  • Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary
  • Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed
  • Action all communications in a timely manner
  • Typing up correspondence and file management
