We have a number of Clerical Officer positions available in the Tralee area currently, duration of between 6 months to 12 months. The Clerical Officer will provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Takes direction well
- Provide office support to the Managers and teams.
- Manage data - including maintaining, correcting, collating, and processing data
- Maintain accurate up to date records filing systems
- Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary
- Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed
- Action all communications in a timely manner
- Typing up correspondence and file management
37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Rate: €13.00 ph.
