Job Overview

We have a number of Clerical Officer positions available in the Tralee area currently, duration of between 6 months to 12 months. The Clerical Officer will provide administrative and clerical support to the team.

Experience:

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Takes direction well

The Role:

  • Provide office support to the Managers and teams.
  • Manage data - including maintaining, correcting, collating, and processing data
  • Maintain accurate up to date records filing systems
  • Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary
  • Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed
  • Action all communications in a timely manner
  • Typing up correspondence and file management


37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Rate: €13.00 ph.
