Job Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a busy team in Virginia, Co. Cavan.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have the ability to deal with a volume of incoming calls and work in a fast-paced office environment

The specific duties will include;

  • Processing incoming payments over the phone (in accordance with best practices)
  • Accurately processing incoming payments via multiple methods and recording the transaction against client accounts
  • Issuing receipts
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Assisting the team with mail merges
  • General administration & office filing and all other job-related tasks as required
  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager, eg. Filing, scanning & photocopying
  • Hours: 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday at 12.50 euro per hour

Skills and experienced

  • Well organised
  • Excellent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
  • Good telephone skills
  • Excellent team player - experience of working successfully as part of a team
