Job Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a busy team in Tullamore, Co. Offaly

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance and front office support
  • Weighbridge duties - Weighing and recording incoming/outgoing loads on the Weighbridge
  • Processing invoices and raising of purchase orders including adding documents and recording received
    goods/services
  • Meeting and greeting both internal and external clients, contractors and visitors to the site
  • Efficiently input data onto the weighbridge from vehicles collecting/delivering to the site
  • To answer all incoming calls and deal with appropriately
  • Ensure all site visitors have received full Health & Safety induction and are wearing the correct PPE
  • Responsible for scheduling and rosters of staff
  • Provide support in recruitment
  • Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is required
  • Weighbridge experience ad advantage
  • Experience of invoicing or reconciliation
  • Must be computer literate on word, excel and invoice systems
  • Must be used to working in a busy and demanding environment
  • Good customer service and organisational skills
  • Immediately available
