Administrator - Temporary

Job Overview

My client, a large multinational based in Cork, is looking for an Administrator on a temporary basis to join their team. Competitive salary, previous experience in Administration required (min 1 year). Immediate start.

Some of the main duties may include:

  • Support colleagues and Country Manager on all administration tasks (including Brexit planning)
  • Support Manager with creating Powerpoint presentations (e.g. Budget)
  • Ensure all reports are received on time
  • Manage Holiday Requests and Holiday file
  • Manage all aspects of HR administration
  • Develop a filing system for all departments; Call Centre / Corporate Advisors / Field Sales / CM
  • Ensure we have a well-documented Business Continuity Plan for COVID-19
  • Minutes of all meetings and ensure all actions are completed on time
  • Point of contact between the Sales Team, both internal and external, and the Warehouse
  • Support the sales team with all presentations and customer sales reports
  • Run Sales Reports / Margin reports for the Country Manager
  • Ensure the office is Health and Safety compliant and report any non-compliance to the Country Manager
