I'm currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a busy team in Portlaoise. Co. Laois

The Role:

  • Responsible for route planning
  • All things administration for the maintenance and garage paperwork
  • Dealing with customers and answering diverted call centre queries
  • Log calls on the CRM system
  • Log invoices, paperwork and confirmation of route planning on the system

Requirements:

  • Experience in Administration
  • Data entry and attention to details
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Immediately available
  • Organisational and planning skills
