Job Overview

FRS Recruitment is now seeking applications for a temporary Grade 4 Administrator opportunity based with the HSE in Dublin 8.

This assignment will be up three months

The Role:

  • Supply efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met and service levels maintained
  • Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available
  • Maintain confidentiality of documentation, records, etc.
  • Take minutes at meetings and prepare for timely circulation following meeting

Requirement:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong MS skills
  • Capable of working within a busy team and on own initiative
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good data processing and IT skills
  • Immediately available

This is a full time temporary ongoing position with a immediately start.
