Job Overview
FRS Recruitment is now seeking applications for a temporary Grade 4 Administrator opportunity based with the HSE in Dublin 8.
This assignment will be up three months
The Role:
- Supply efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and service levels maintained
- Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available
- Maintain confidentiality of documentation, records, etc.
- Take minutes at meetings and prepare for timely circulation following meeting
Requirement:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong MS skills
- Capable of working within a busy team and on own initiative
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have good data processing and IT skills
- Immediately available
This is a full time temporary ongoing position with a immediately start.
