Job Overview

I am currently recruiting for an Administrator for my client based in Dublin 16. This is a full time, temporary position for 1 month.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary: 15.38 p/h

Location: Dublin 18

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day to day operations of the Office.
  • Responsible for all general administration.
  • Deal with queries on a daily basis in a professional manner
  • Responsible for welcoming visitors in a friendly manner making and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Diary management.
  • Assist and support in salary/PAYE enquires.
  • Assist and support in arranging, attending, and communicating the details of all meetings scheduled and on occasions attend scheduled meeting outside of workplace.
  • Responsible for general Housekeeping of the office.

Essential:

  • Previous administration/ customer service experience
  • IT Literate and strong administration skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
