Office Administrator
The duties for the role include the following:
- Document & drawing control
- Managing factory machine files
- Managing internal scheduling
- Delivery docket control
- Reporting functionality
- Deal with factory queries
- Office Administration & provide support cover
- Management of site documentation (sub-contractor packages, H&S documentation, etc.)
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong organisational and administration skills, ability to prioritise tasks;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentational skills;
- Ability to build effective working relationships with people internally and externally;
- IT Skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft office Suite;
- A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability;
- Versatile, high degree of accuracy, working to tight deadlines, and highly organised.
