Office Administrator

The duties for the role include the following:

  • Document & drawing control
  • Managing factory machine files
  • Managing internal scheduling
  • Delivery docket control
  • Reporting functionality
  • Deal with factory queries
  • Office Administration & provide support cover
  • Management of site documentation (sub-contractor packages, H&S documentation, etc.)

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong organisational and administration skills, ability to prioritise tasks;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentational skills;
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with people internally and externally;
  • IT Skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft office Suite;
  • A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability;
  • Versatile, high degree of accuracy, working to tight deadlines, and highly organised.
