Job Overview

I am currently recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to join the team of a global freight forwarding company based Dublin 24. This is a full time, 9 month contract.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary: DOE

Location: Dublin 24

Responsibilities:

  • Produce customer invoices
  • Cost accrual
  • Dealing with customer invoicing queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Daily communication with operational departments and finance
  • General administrative duties

Essential:

  • Previous administration/ customer service/ invoicing experience
  • IT Literate and strong administration skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
