I am currently recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to join the team of a global freight forwarding company based Dublin 24. This is a full time, 9 month contract.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Dublin 24
- Produce customer invoices
- Cost accrual
- Dealing with customer invoicing queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Daily communication with operational departments and finance
- General administrative duties
- Previous administration/ customer service/ invoicing experience
- IT Literate and strong administration skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
