Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrator for 6 months temporary position with potential to become permanent employee based in Co. Meath.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing queries over phone and email.
  • Purchase order processing.
  • Data entry including sales, invoicing, and quotations.
  • Providing administration support.
  • General office management such as ordering materials.
  • Preparing summary files and reports for monthly management group reporting.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of accounting software such as Enterprise Exchequer, IFS or Sage is advantageous but not essential.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is essential.
  • Experience of ERP systems, with a preference for ERP integration experience - desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to commute to Co. Meath and work remotely.
