FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrator for 6 months temporary position with potential to become permanent employee based in Co. Meath.
- Directing queries over phone and email.
- Purchase order processing.
- Data entry including sales, invoicing, and quotations.
- Providing administration support.
- General office management such as ordering materials.
- Preparing summary files and reports for monthly management group reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of accounting software such as Enterprise Exchequer, IFS or Sage is advantageous but not essential.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is essential.
- Experience of ERP systems, with a preference for ERP integration experience - desirable.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to commute to Co. Meath and work remotely.
