Responsibilities:

  • Run weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls;
  • Issuing payslips;
  • Dealing with Revenue regarding Tax and PAYE Issues;
  • Client interaction primarily over phone;
  • Dealing with both client and employee issues;
  • Advising clients on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payroll;
  • Ad-Hoc Payroll Team duties.


Requirements:

  • IPASS qualification would be advantage;
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel;
  • Ability to perform calm and efficiently under pressure;
  • Previous Office Admin/ Clerical experience.
