Job Overview
Responsibilities
·Support the Sales Team with quoting & order processing.
·Managing the post-sale process which includes proactively ordering products for customers as
required from our supplier partners and carefully monitoring a fluid delivery process.
·Scheduling of residential project installations with our approved contractor partners.
·Operating an efficient sampling and brochure service.
·Gathering new leads that can be forwarded to the relevant Manager.
·Providing administration support to the wider team & using Pipedrive CRM and Xero where
appropriate.
·Assisting with the planning and execution of our Social Media Strategy & Showroom Events.
·Providing first class knowledge, promotion, and presentation of showroom brands.
·Ensuring all visitors to the showroom understand our DNA of and what we have to offer.
·Playing an active role in all meetings, offering feedback on competitors and customer activity, new
collections, and any possible opportunities for the showroom.
·Undertaking and completing individual tasks and set objectives in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
·A passion for our brands and products.
· High attention to detail with sound administration experience.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers, suppliers and
partners and speak confidently about our brands and products to clients of all levels.
·Sound IT skills; confident using Microsoft Office programmes, experience in Excel desirable.
