Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an Administrator with a strong Accounts ability for a mid-Kerry based business. This will be a contract position for 12 months duration. The position might in due course become permanent, but this will not be known until late in the contract.

The office environment is a busy and you will be required to work across several different areas. The position will entail general office administration, reception, cash handling, credit card processing, invoicing, monthly statements, credit control and reconciling bank accounts

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills with excellent MS Word and Excel capabilities
  • Experienced in accounts
  • Excellent attention to detail ability.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised.


The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. This will be an office-based position
