My client, a reputable logistics company, is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team.
The primary duties in the role would be the following:
- ensuring that all dockets are correct for the trucks that are leaving the depot each evening
- ensuring that all invoices are tracked correctly in the system
- helping schedule the loads for clients and drivers
- assisting with any other general administration duties as needed.
- using systems (such as Word, Excel, etc.) in an effective way to ensure all reports and records are tracked efficiently.
The client is looking for an administrator that would be strong on systems, in particular Excel. They need someone that is able to be flexible and is able to problem solve and has good initiative. This is a permanent contract Monday-Friday and the hours would be 12pm-8pm.
