Administration Support - Temporary

Job Overview

Our client currently has an immediate requirement for a temporary receptionist / admininstration support to cover a busy period. This role should last up to 2 week.

Main duties to include:

  • To provide administration support to the business
  • Reception cover and data entry
  • To maintain and update spreadsheets and database records for relevant projects.
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.

The person will have:

Suitable relevant experience working in an office administration position.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the capacity to multitask
  • Must be able to operate with the least amount of direct supervision, self-organise, schedule, and prioritise workload and manage simultaneous activities
  • Fully competent in using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail
