Administration / Office Support Legal Experience

Job Overview

My multinational client in Shannon is looking for an Administrator / Office Support candidate with legal experience to join their team. This role is an immediately start and will last up until the 31st October. This role would suit someone with previous admin experience in a legal environment or a recent grad who studied law.

Monday to Friday 9 -5pm

Duties:

  • Typing
  • Answering phones
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • General Administration - Scanning, copying, filing

Previous experience required

* Office experience

* At least intermediate level in Excel and Word skills

* Good telephone manner

* Excellent attention to detail

* Well organised but flexible to meet changing demands
