Job Overview

My client based in Kilmallock, Co.Limerick is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is a contract role which will run until the end of Jan 2022

  • Assist with reports
  • Inbound and outbound queries
  • Typing letters and other documents
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming queries
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
  • Reception Cover

Requirements of the administrator:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong IT and computer literacy skills
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and work on own initiative
  • Be able to prioritise as time-management is essential
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
