Job Overview

My client who is based 20 mins drive from Macroom/Killarney is looking for an Administrator to join their growing team. This role would suit someone with previous admin experience who is looking to join an organisation where they can grow and develope their career, It could also suit a recent grad! This is a permanent role with an immediate start

Monday to Friday 8.30- 5PM

Duties:

  • Typing
  • Answering phones
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • General Administration - Scanning, copying, filing
  • Quotes

Requirements

* Previous Office experience

* Strong word and excel skills

* Good telephone manner

* Excellent attention to detail

* Well organised but flexible to meet changing demand
