My client who are based in Limerick are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a 6 month contract basis. This role will be remote working. Full training will be given.
Sorting and indexing scan documents
Creating and modifying documents in word, excel and PDF.
Provide general administrative support to the Director of Finance and Administration as required
Assisting other team members with the general administration function as required
Assist in the preparation and filing of process documentation
All other general office duties where required.
