Admin - Temporary - Full Time

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrator for minimum 1 month temporary position based in Dublin 24 with potential to be extended or become permanent. Immediate start.

Duties:

  • Stock control balance sheets & documents management.
  • Creating reports, spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files.
  • Scanning and print files, as needed
  • Handling queries from customers managers and employees.
  • Answering and direct phone call.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Previous experience with data entry in Finance/ Accounting environment;
  • Outstanding MS Office skills including Excel, and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills & great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
