My multinational client in Shannon is looking for an Administrator / Office Support candidate to join their team. This role is an immediately start and will last for 3 months. This role would suit a recent grad
Monday to Friday 9 -5pm
Duties:
- Typing
- Answering phones
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- General Administration - Scanning, copying, filing
Previous experience required
* Office experience
* At least intermediate level in Excel and Word skills
* Good telephone manner
* Excellent attention to detail
* Well organised but flexible to meet changing demands
