Job Overview

The successful candidate will be based in Carrigtohill, Co Cork and join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for accounts payable and receivable

  • Payroll set up and processing
  • Generate management reports
  • Prepare budgets
  • Contribute to budgetary comparisons
  • Accounts analysis
  • GDPR compliance and auditing
  • Uphold compliance standards in accordance with the company's policies and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports
  • Experience in managing customer relationships is highly desirable

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Accounts technician/accountancy qualification a must
  • Initiative and self-motivated individual
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • This position is highly interactive with clients and so friendliness and good communication skills are essential
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Excellent time-management skills
