Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Overview
FRS Recruitment have an exciting new Temporary opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join this leading Irish owned company based in Park West.
This role is for 9 - 12 months and is a hybrid position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in accounts payable role and be available at short notice.
Location: Park West/Hybrid
Salary: €16.00 - €18.00 per hour
Duration: 9-12 moths
Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday
The role
You will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable processing. You will perform daily bank reconciliations and monthly supplier reconciliations. You will reconcile vendor statements, assist with supplier queries and discrepancies. You will also assist with projects when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an Accounts Payable position in a fast-paced finance team.
You will need excellent communication skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
Able to work autonomously and within a team to tight deadlines
You will also have a high proficiency in Excel.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient.
- Accounting package knowledge is desirable.
