Job Overview
Accounts Payable Specialist a Permanent Part-time role - 20 hours a week - Galway
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Finance Manager and GL team on the following tasks:
* Manage the Accounts Payable Function within the Finance Department
* Daily reconciliation of Client Lodgements
* Performs other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
* Part-qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician
* Essential 3-5 years accounts payables experience - preferably using Microsoft Business central or similar ERP system
* Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
* Organised and the ability to multi-task
* Reliable
* Committed
* Attention to detail and ability to follow up
* Flexible self-starter
