Job Overview

My client who is based in Gortnahoe, Co. Tipperary is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable candidate to join their team for a 6-8 week contract.

Key activities include:

  • Processing payrolls
  • Management of the Time & Attendance within TMS system
  • Provide direct customer service to employees with high quality, professional and timely responses to queries
  • Ensure compliance with payroll SOX processes, and company guidelines
  • Comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure that a high level of confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • General administration, written correspondence with employees and external third parties and joint management of payroll e-mail

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1-year previous payroll experience
  • Have good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Organised and focused
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a wider team
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level
  • TMS advanced systems and Core experience desirable
