Job Overview
I am looking to speak with available individuals regarding a full-time temporary Office Administration opportunity based on site in Naas.
This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity to become a permanent position.
My client is looking for an experienced Administrator with a strong mix of accounts/finance & general operations administration
You will be working within a small team so need to be a team player while also being able to work off your own initiative.This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to further develop their career.
Pay: €14.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Location Naas. Kildare
Duties include:
- Processing Supplier Invoices & Payments
- General Administration Duties
- Booking Business Events
The successful candidate must have
- Experience in a similar roll
- Excellent I.T. Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Client Management Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication and organisation skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
