Duties include:
- Processing Supplier Invoices & Payments
- Processing Weekly Payroll (Quantum)
- Maintaining H.R Records
- General Administration Duties
- Processing Permit Applications
- Maintaining Custom Records
- Reception Duties
- Booking Business Events
- Office Management.
The successful candidate must have
- 3/5 years' experience in a similar roll
- Excellent I.T. Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel
- R.P. Experience
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Client Management Skills
