Duties include:

  • Processing Supplier Invoices & Payments
  • Processing Weekly Payroll (Quantum)
  • Maintaining H.R Records
  • General Administration Duties
  • Processing Permit Applications
  • Maintaining Custom Records
  • Reception Duties
  • Booking Business Events
  • Office Management.

The successful candidate must have

  • 3/5 years' experience in a similar roll
  • Excellent I.T. Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel
  • R.P. Experience
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Client Management Skills
