Accounts Assitant

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for 6 months assignment based in Dublin 4.

Duties

  • Managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function.
  • Duties include issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, statements, payment runs.
  • Processing RCT / PSWT returns, prompt payment and tax clearance reports.
  • Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory records.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic person with accounts work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong IT/Systems literacy
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary/wage will be based on experience.
