Job Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant to join a busy team in Boora, Co. Offaly.

The Role:

  • Support the Finance Analysts in analysing the weekly payroll reports with particular emphasis on the PBR (Payment By Result) payments.
  • Liase with payroll, HR and operations to ensure calculations are accurate on a weekly basis.
  • Perform control checks between age work performed and & work paid.
  • Reconcile payroll and manpower weekly and monthly.
  • Maintain control records for internal and external audit.Deal with any anomalies and be a point of contact for the operations guys to assist with queries etc.
  • Be the link between payroll, operations and HR
  • Other ad hoc administration duties
  • Working from home is an option but must be on site for 2 days per week

Requirements:

  • Part Qualified
  • Previous accounts experience is essential
  • Experience in payroll, invoicing, PO's is desirable
  • Oracle experience desirable, High level of proficiency in Excel required.
  • Immediately available

This is a full time temporary role with an immediate start
