Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover - Dublin

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in Dublin City Centre! The successful candidate will be an outgoing multitasker with a legal background who is ready to jump right in!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Credit control and Debtor control
  • Preparing lodgements
  • Preparing cheques for approval
  • Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
  • Raising and issuing invoices
  • Assistant to Head of Accounts
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

What We Require From You:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisation
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Legal industry experience an advantage
