Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover - Dublin
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in Dublin City Centre! The successful candidate will be an outgoing multitasker with a legal background who is ready to jump right in!
Your Responsibilities:
- Posting supplier invoices
- Credit control and Debtor control
- Preparing lodgements
- Preparing cheques for approval
- Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
- Raising and issuing invoices
- Assistant to Head of Accounts
- Other ad hoc duties as required
What We Require From You:
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent organisation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Legal industry experience an advantage
