Accounts Assistant

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to work as an Accounts Assistant with a fantastic company in Kilkenny! This role is ideal for any individual with a background in accounts and looking for more experience or looking to do an accounting technician qualification.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Invoice entry onto Sage
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Debtors and Creditors ledger
  • Weekly payroll
  • General accounting administration
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What We Require From You:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take direction
  • A desire to further a career in accounts
