Accounts Assistant
Job Overview
Our client based in Kilkenny City are currently seeking to recruit an accounts assistant to join their team.
Main duties to include.
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of creditors ledger to supplier statements.
- Identify & resolve any issues with supplier invoices
- Preparing Lodgements
- Looking after the Debtors ledger, issuing statements, reconciling monthly
- Assisting in processing of information for payroll
- Providing ad hoc support to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounts experience essential with accounting qualifications an advantage
- Strong attention to detail,
- Excellent communication skills
- Work on own initiative to a high standard and relishes working within a small team
- Strong Excel skills with Sage 50/Sage Micropay an advantage
- Administrative tasks and duties inclusive of day to day and ad hoc tasks
