Accounts Assistant

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our client in Ballinasloe Co Galway. This is a full time, permanent position with a great company.

Duties will include

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Preparing invoices for approval for payment
  • Data entry of purchases, sales, and bank
  • Monitoring financial transactions, reconciling bank, debtors, and creditors accounts
  • Preparation of monthly reports to strict deadlines

Skills and Qualification:

  • 3 years experience in accounts
  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Ability to use Microsoft application software and accounts packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions in a timely manner.
  • Self-directed attitude with confidence and motivation
  • The ability to work on own initiative
