FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our client in Ballinasloe Co Galway. This is a full time, permanent position with a great company.
Duties will include
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparing invoices for approval for payment
- Data entry of purchases, sales, and bank
- Monitoring financial transactions, reconciling bank, debtors, and creditors accounts
- Preparation of monthly reports to strict deadlines
Skills and Qualification:
- 3 years experience in accounts
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Ability to use Microsoft application software and accounts packages.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solving skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions in a timely manner.
- Self-directed attitude with confidence and motivation
- The ability to work on own initiative
