Accounts Assistant

Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Accounts Administrator for our practice client in Co Tipperary. This is a 6 month contract role with a start in March 2020. We are seeking candidates who have some accounts & administration experience with previous experience using SAGE and/or Quickboks.

This position offers work from home & flexible working conditions. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accounts preparation for clients
  • Preparation of audited accounts and supporting audit file
  • Assist tax returns
  • Book-keeping
  • Preparation of statutory returns
  • Assisting with client audits
  • Payroll calculations

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in accounts
  • Experience with SAGE or Quickbooks
  • The ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong IT skills.
