Accounts Assistant
Job Overview
A great role for an Accounts Assistant to join a family business in Castlebar, Mayo on a permanent part-time basis.
This role would suit a part-qualified accountant or a qualified accounting tech. You will be responsible for covering AP, AR, Recs and Revenue with this family business.
Reporting to external accountants - you will essentially take charge of the day to day account function.
Experience of Hubdoc and Xero Accounting Package would be an advantage.
- Posting AP invoices
- Reconciling creditors posting bank statements and reconciliations
- Posting credit cards and reconciliations
- Uploading payments into the bank
It is a permanent part-time position, based in Castlebar, Mayo.
