We have a exciting opportunity with our client in Co Cork who is looking for a Accounts Technician or Part Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. This is a great role for someone looking to take a step up in their career.

What will you be doing?

General accounts duties include:

  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
  • Processing payments.
  • Conducting daily banking activities.
  • Producing various financial reports.
  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Use of SAGE Accounts package
  • Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working as Accounts Assistant
  • Accounting Technician Qualification advantage not essential
  • Previous experience with SAGE OR similar
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
