Accounts payable - inputting & filing supplier invoices, creditors reconciliations and handling queries in relation to payments.
Payroll Weekly processing cover (Est. vol 250)
Any other ad hoc duties that may arise to help the finance department
The Candidate will have;
Some office/accounts experience would be required.
Payroll experience is of advantage.
Experience using sage 50 &Thesaurus Payroll software
Adept in the use of Microsoft excel and word.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Willingness to be flexible in the role
Attention to detail is important
