Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper for permanent position in Dublin 15.

Duties:

  • Responsibility for all supplier invoice processing;
  • Preparing and processing payments;
  • Liaising with management and suppliers to follow up queries and approvals;
  • Assisting with year-end audits
  • Reconciliations;
  • Supporting payroll team;
  • VAT & VIES;
  • General financial administration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with Xero, Sage 50, Sage Payroll is an advantage for this role;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Diploma in Bookkeeping - desirable;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
