Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper
FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper for permanent position in Dublin 15.
- Responsibility for all supplier invoice processing;
- Preparing and processing payments;
- Liaising with management and suppliers to follow up queries and approvals;
- Assisting with year-end audits
- Supporting payroll team;
- VAT & VIES;
- General financial administration.
- 2+ experience in a similar role;
- Experience with Xero, Sage 50, Sage Payroll is an advantage for this role;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Diploma in Bookkeeping - desirable;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
