Job Overview

Our client based in Kilkenny City currently has a maternity contract for an experienced accounts assistant / administrator. Main duties to include but not limited to: posting invoices onto the system (Sage Line 50) accounts payable, bank reconciliations, debtors ledger, reception duties, data entry and other administration duties. This is a 4 / 5 day week ( Monday to Friday) and usual office hours and will continue until September.
